Global standard for Food Safety

in line with BRC standards

In 2014, AD Chini obtained certification from the BRC - British Retail Consortium. The BRC global food safety standard is one of the tools used for due diligence (i.e. the ability to prove that all reasonable measures have been taken to prevent damage or accident) and to select suppliers among food growers. This approach enables us to reduce the overall costs of managing the supply chain and at the same time to increase the level of safety for customers, suppliers and consumers. The BRC global standard for food safety meets the criteria established by the CIES Global Food Safety Initiative at the Food Business Forum. This standard is accepted by the majority of food retailers in the same way as other sector standards such as IFS, SQF and Dutch HACCP.
